Shipping and Returns


Return Policy

Returns are allowed 7 days after the date the item was delivered. If 7 days pass, we cannot accept any returns. The customer is responsible for ALL return expenses.

All returns go through an inspection once they are returned to our facility. If the return does not pass our inspection, it will be mailed back to you.


Requirements for Return Items:

  1. The item must be returned the same way you received it. If the condition of the item does not appear the same as when you received it, it is subject for denial.
  2. All items must be unworn and unwashed.
  3. Original tags must be attached to the item.
  4. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, deodorant, or have any stains including deodorant stains will not be accepted.


If your return is approved by our team, your refund will be processed and the money will automatically be applied to your original form of payment.

The inspection process and the return of payment, if approved, may take up to 7 business days to complete, possibly longer after a launch. If the item is not approved, you will get an email informing you of this and the reason why along with the tracking information of the item.

Returns will not be accepted for sale/clearance items and we do not cover the cost of shipping for a return.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges will not be accepted on sale/clearance items.

If you wish to exchange an item, the item must follow the “Requirements for Return Items” and must go through an inspection by our team. If approved, we will send out the item you wish to exchange for free of charge, but if denied, we will send back the original item to you.

You must pay for the shipping for the item to be returned to our facility, but we will cover the shipping cost of the item you are exchanging for.

We will not be able to exchange an item if it passes our 7-day return policy.


Incorrect Items or Defective Items

If we made a mistake with your order, then please email us through our contact page on the website. We will request photo evidence for our records and will provide a return label (on domestic orders only) if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defect or incorrect items within 7 days from the delivery of the item. Any claims beyond 7 days will be considered wear and tear and cannot be replaced.


Stolen Packages

We will always do our best to assist you, but, MAKOFIT, LLC. does not hold responsibility for any packages that are lost or stolen in transit. You must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim on a missing package.


International Shipping

We are proud to serve our customers from all over the world. The default pricing on our website is in USD and the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. Shipping usually takes 10-20 business days to arrive from the United States to your country. However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. MAKOFIT, LLC. is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
